• PLAN,- each action we intend to take is well thought out and communicated with our clients before we execute a plan.
• DO,- once approved by our clients we action the plan as expeditiously as possible given the prevailing circumstances.
• CHECK,- we regularly assess the progress of the execution of the planned action against predetermined outcomes or objectives.
• ACT – Where unforseen distortion occurs or just as importantly unforseen innovation happens we act quickly to take appropriate corrective action.

As a subset to our basic Process we add the Kepner –Tregoe "four rational process". This process provides an organised way of applying critical thinking skills to any situation. It's explicit, logical system has proven a far-reaching impact.

This proposal will be shipped to you and you will be requested to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of same before work commences. Upon acceptance work will progress in accordance with the basic proposal unless amended by mutual acceptance.
